The upstairs second bedroom is very large, with view windows, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. Down the hall is a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub & shower.

The third bedroom, currently utilized as a study, has vaulted ceilings, a vie window and a charming alcove area. On the loft area, off the stairs, is a cubicle perfect for a computer desk and bookcases.

Water is supplied from a shared spring to a 3800 gallon holding tank which is gravity fed to the home and barn. The barn has an auxiliary back-up pump to maintain water pressure, but it has yet to be needed!
