There is plenty of room to invite extended family or friends to join you for a meal. The adjoining kitchen doorway and above-the-stove pass through provide ease of access to the kitchen while still keeping the food prep areas (or messes!) invisible.
The kitchen was just remodeled in 2007 and has lovely, wrapped, grid windows. The beautiful custom cabinets are “calico” hickory. Most of them, including the pantry, are augmented by roll-out shelves. The stainless steel gas range has a convection oven and the stainless steel refrigerator has the ease of 3 doors! There is also a brand new stainless dishwasher.
The laundry room is conveniently located through a door right off the kitchen, and has another door connecting to the yard.
