Centered on the deck is a 264 sq. ft. solarium which was added in 2005 and is in addition to the 2,879 sq. ft. of the main house.

The expanse of glass provides solar warmth and unobstructed views of the large yard and greenbelt. To the left of the solarium is a large, freshly stained, redwood deck with outdoor bar and electric hot tub.

To the right is another large, freshly stained, redwood deck with plenty of room for multiple picnic tables, lounge chairs, dancing or many other fun, outdoor activities!
