Adjacent to the triple garage is a 60’ x 40’ barn with sliding doors. It has a concrete floor, tool room, a stall for animals and a small head catch. It also has stored 40 tons of hay.

Close to the house and guest quarters is a patio for al fresco dining, sitting around a firepit, or relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the lovely pasture and hills views.
